Never order delivery off this app. It doesn't offer any order tracking, contact with delivery driver, or support line. Half of the delivery orders I've made have never made it to me, and I usually spend a good 30 mins or so trying to get a refund or reorder as you go back and forth between KK and DD support lines. This app always has issues showing past orders and discounts. Just use Doordash or go in person.

I was prompted to re-enter my saved login information and received an error message. I tried to change my password but received another error message "an account with this email address doesn't exist." I tried to create a new account, but was told "an account with this email address already exists." So which is it? I still receive rewards emails but cannot access my rewards account. Reporting errors in the app is a joke because it asks which store you are ordering from, but I can't order.

App NEVER lets me in. So frustrating. Hook us with great ads but then we can't place an order. I'm on android and the error message is about iOs. No! Based on my experience it's slow as molasses in the store too. What a disappointment because a hot KK donut is the best thing I've ever eaten. No question. And I really want the blueberry!
